Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

By purchasing or using Simple GTO, including the range viewer and the Simple GTO app for iOS and Android, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions

  • A subscription gives you access to the range viewer on the web and in the app for as long as it is active. Prices are shown before you buy.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.
  • New subscribers may get a free trial. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • On the website, Stripe bills you and you cancel from your account page. In the app, Apple or Google bills you through your App Store or Google Play account, and you manage or cancel in your store's subscription settings. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.
  • After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.

License

When you buy a bundle, you receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the range files for your own study and play. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the files, in whole or in part.

Ownership & access

The files remain available for re-download from your account. "Lifetime access" means for as long as Simple GTO operates the service; we'll give reasonable notice if that ever changes so you can retain your files.

Acceptable use

  • One account per person; keep your login secure.
  • No sharing of downloads or account access.
  • No attempts to scrape, resell, or bulk-extract our content.
  • Simple GTO is a study tool. Don't use it during play where a poker site's or game's rules forbid outside assistance.

Disclaimer

The ranges are provided for training and study. They're a strategic reference, not a guarantee of results. The product is provided "as is" without warranty to the extent permitted by law.
