This reflects the typical policy for instantly-delivered digital goods.
Digital goods
Simple GTO sells downloadable range files that are delivered instantly and can be copied after download. Because of this, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded, except where required by law.
When we'll make it right
- The files are corrupted, incomplete, or won't open in Simple Preflop.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You were charged but never received access.
In these cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@simplegto.com and we'll fix the problem or issue a refund.
How to request
Email us with your order email and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Crypto payments are refunded in the equivalent amount of the original coin where a refund applies.
