Simple Preflop: open and study your range files
Simple Preflop is the solver you open your solved range files in. Here's how to download it, load your bundle, read the hand grid, and drill your spots, offline, with no login and no subscription.
Installer from SimplePoker. Windows only; on a Mac, run it in Parallels.
What Simple Preflop is
Simple Preflop is the offline solver you open your range files in. You buy the solved ranges from us and load them into Simple Preflop, which runs on your own machine, so study is fast, private, and works with no connection, no server outages, and no lag mid-session.
Opening your files, step by step
- Download and install Simple Preflop. Grab the Simple Preflop installer from the link on this page and run it. It is the solver you open your solved range files in.
- Buy a bundle and download your files. After checkout, your range files are in your account instantly. Sign in any time to re-download the latest version at no extra cost.
- Load your range files. Open Simple Preflop and load the downloaded files. Everything runs locally, so you can study offline with no login and no connection required.
- Read the hand grid. Each range shows all 169 starting hands as a grid, with pairs on the diagonal, suited hands upper-right, and offsuit lower-left, and the solved action and frequency for every cell.
- Drill your spots. Work through RFI, 3-bet, 4-bet, cold-call, and defense by position and stack depth against a true solved baseline until the patterns are automatic.

Reading the matrix
Every range is a real grid, not a screenshot: 169 starting hands with the solved action and frequency in each cell. New to the layout or a term? The glossary defines the core concepts, and the learning library walks through how to read and study charts.
