What we collect

  • Account & orders: your email address, purchase history, and bundle entitlements.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Email: if you opt in to our list, your email address and subscription status.
  • Usage: if you allow analytics, the pages you view, the actions you take, your approximate location from your IP address, and your browser and device type.

How we use it

  • To deliver your purchases and provide download access.
  • To send receipts, account emails, and, if you opted in, marketing.
  • To understand aggregate sales and improve the product.

Cookies and analytics

Some cookies are essential: they keep you signed in and let checkout work. These are always on, because the site cannot function without them.

Everything else is analytics, which we run through PostHog to see how the site and the range viewer are used. This includes session recordings, which replay the pages you visited and where you clicked. Every form input is masked before it leaves your browser, so what you type, including your email address and payment details, is never recorded. We do not record the account or admin pages at all.

If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, no analytics cookies are set and no recording starts unless you accept them. Everywhere else analytics is on by default and you can turn it off at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We also record when a subscription starts, on our own servers, so we can count sales accurately. That happens regardless of your cookie choice, because it is a record of your purchase rather than tracking.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service (Stripe, Resend for email, PostHog for analytics, and our hosting/storage providers). We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can change your analytics choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. You can unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message. To request access to or deletion of your data, email admin@simplegto.com.
