Stack depth and ICM
Short stacks, push/fold, and what pay jumps do to a range.
Stack depth is the variable that changes preflop strategy most violently. At 100bb you are playing a full tree with postflop still ahead of you. By 10bb the tree has collapsed to all-in or fold and the correct play is a solved table you can memorize. These pieces cover the transition, the spots on either side of it, and what happens when chips stop being worth their face value near a pay jump.
