Preflop spots

Opening, three-betting, squeezing, and defending, spot by spot.

A preflop tree is a small number of decisions repeated in different seats. These pieces work through them one at a time: which hands open from which position, how a three-bet range splits value from bluffs, what changes when there is already a caller in the pot, and how the blinds defend against all of it. Each one names the conditions the strategy was solved for, because opening ranges that ignore rake, ante, or stack depth are answers without a question.
